Practice Plus history

Founded in 1993, Practice Plus began a small organization with 6 employees focused on providing business services and support to a small number of physician practices in Arkansas. Jump ahead to 2012, Practice Plus has now grown to an organization that has over 300 employees supporting more than 70 physician practices. Also, Practice Plus has moved to our third location in the span of 19 years. Each move dictated by the need for more space, to accommodate the growth of the company.

Over the past 19 years, we have seen many changes in the healthcare industry. The words paper charts, billing, and collections have been replace with electronic health record and revenue cycle management. Information is shared and communicated in dramatically different ways, and medical practices have evolved in numerous ways. Throughout all the changes, the vision of Practice Plus has remained the same as the day we opened, to become the most trusted business partner for healthcare providers in the region.
